Ninh Binh 90 km from Hanoi. You can catch a bus at the station Giap Bat, Gia Lam, My Dinh and Ninh Binh city to rent car in tourist areas in populations and landscapes. If you ride, you can hug from Ninh Binh city go Chang'an, then through Hoa Lu, or Bai. Distance from the city of Chang'an about 7 km away from Chang'an Bai approximately 7 km away again.
